On June 20, 2026, the President of the Republic of Senegal officially launched several major projects, including a large-scale real estate development located in Sebikotane, west of the Dakar region.

Located near the future Sebikotane TER railway station, in a rapidly growing economic area, this project represents a major milestone in SCHIBA Group’s regional development strategy.

As part of the Group’s expansion strategy, the project will be developed and implemented by its subsidiary, SBN – Société de Bâtiment et de Négoce, which will oversee its operational execution.

The development will include a shopping center, a four-story office building (R+4), and a hotel, with the ambition of creating a modern and attractive business hub that generates value for companies, investors, and local communities.

SCHIBA Group expressed its sincere gratitude to the Government of Senegal and the Municipality of Sebikotane, particularly Mayor Alione Pouye, for their trust, support, and commitment to this strategic project.
