Cooperation Between the Ministry of National Education and Technical Education and the United Kingdom
On Wednesday, February 18, 2026, N’Guessan Koffi, Minister of National Education, Literacy and Technical Education, received His Excellency John Marshall, Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Côte d’Ivoire, at his office on the 7th floor of Tower B.
During the meeting, the British diplomat delivered an invitation letter for the “World Education Forum 2026,” dedicated to innovation and the transformation of education systems. Discussions also focused on educational cooperation, particularly the project to build 56 secondary schools across the country.
On behalf of the President of the Republic, Alassane Ouattara, the Minister highlighted the strong ties between Côte d’Ivoire and the United Kingdom and expressed his desire to further strengthen this partnership in order to promote a more efficient and inclusive education system.
