Robert Beugré Mambé on Monday, May 18, 2026, at the Palais de la Culture in Abidjan-Treichville, called on young Ivorians to seize the 86,178 job, internship, and financing opportunities made available through the 3rd edition of the National Employment and Recruitment Fair (FNER).
“This fair belongs to you. Prepare yourselves, show up, and stand out. Invest in yourselves, by yourselves, with determination and confidence, because the job market is competitive and, at times, seeks excellence. Every young person carries immense potential within them. It takes willpower, determination, and capability to seize every opportunity. The great nation of Côte d’Ivoire needs your hands, your ideas, and your energy. Seize every opportunity. Your happiness, your future, and the future of Côte d’Ivoire lie here,” Robert Beugré Mambé emphasized.
He recalled that President Alassane Ouattara, upon assuming office in 2011, clearly demonstrated his strong commitment to making youth the driving force behind Côte d’Ivoire’s sustainable transformation.
“We must better prepare our young people for today’s professions, but above all for the jobs of tomorrow, particularly in digital technology and innovation, agro-industry, the green economy, services, industry, logistics, modern crafts, and renewable energy,” he stated.
He added: “The deep foundation of our action is to provide young people with the tools to move from training to action, from entrepreneurial ideas to businesses, and from uncertainty to confidence, so they can become a real driving force for innovation and proposals. Every trained young person, every job created, and every financed project is a victory for peace and economic growth. Our ambition is very clear: to train better, guide better, integrate faster, and support more sustainably, in order to build an active and contributing youth with immense potential.”
Still addressing the youth, the Prime Minister urged them to believe in themselves: “Self-confidence is essential. You must believe in yourselves. Do not underestimate yourselves. Your potential is extremely high. Competence, discipline, and boldness make the difference. Certainly, the State supports you, but your destiny is first and foremost in your own hands.”
The Head of Government also praised the presence of business leaders, whom he described as “essential partners of the State, at the heart of wealth creation, job creation, and the economic transformation of our country.”
