On Friday, March 27, 2026, Her Excellency Nialé Kaba, Minister of State and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, held a farewell audience for His Excellency Dadah Omar Ibrahim, Ambassador of the State of Libya to Côte d’Ivoire, at the end of his mission.

During the meeting, the Libyan diplomat expressed his deep gratitude to the Ivorian authorities for their warm welcome, the quality of collaboration, and the continuous support he received during his stay. He also praised the excellent bilateral relations between Côte d’Ivoire and Libya.

Minister of State Kaba, for her part, commended the Ambassador’s commitment and efforts to strengthen cooperation between the two countries and extended her best wishes for the continued success of his diplomatic career.

On this occasion, His Excellency Dadah Omar Ibrahim was awarded the rank of Commander of the National Order.
