The dates for the 17th edition of the Festival of Urban Music of Anoumabo (Femua 2025) are now known.
In a communiqué shared with Fratmat.info by the festival’s general commission, it was announced that the event will take place from April 15 to April 20, 2025, in Abidjan and across the country.
"Civicism and Road Safety" is the theme around which discussions will be held during the various segments of Femua.
At this time, no details about the artistic lineup have been revealed, nor the country that will be named the guest of honor.
The general commission, led by Traoré Salif, also known as A'Salfo of the group Magic System, is continuing discussions with partners to fine-tune the organization in order to "make this edition a success."
It is worth recalling that the 16th edition of the Festival of Urban Music of Anoumabo (Femua) took place from May 14 to May 19, 2024. About one hundred artists performed at the festival, including around fifteen internationally renowned names such as Gims, Yemi Alade, Gadji Celi, and Tamsir.
