In a statement received on Monday, November 17, 2025, the Ministry of Youth Promotion, Professional Integration, and Civic Service, through the National Civic Service Office (OSCN), announced the opening of applications for enrollment in the Civic Service Centers of Korhogo and Adzopé. This initiative follows the opening of registrations for the Daloa center, whose application period ended on November 7.
Registrations, which are completely free, will run until November 21, 2025, at the Regional and Departmental Youth Offices in the districts of Lagunes, Comoé, Zanzan, Lacs, Savanes, and Denguélé.
The call for applications targets Ivorian youth, both boys and girls, aged 16 to 35, who are out of school, unemployed, and physically fit to undergo training. Applicants must present a copy of their birth certificate and a copy of a parent’s national identity card.
The six-month residential training program will be conducted in two distinct phases. The first phase, lasting two months, will focus on the resocialization of youth through a military-style framework aimed at strengthening civic values, citizenship, discipline, and community life. The second phase, lasting four months, will be dedicated to learning professional trades. Each participant can choose a track according to their skills and personal aspirations.
At the end of the training, participants will receive support for professional integration, including practical internships in partnership with the Youth Employment Agency, the National Chamber of Trades, and local businesses. Assistance will also be provided for the implementation of self-employment projects.
This initiative fully aligns with the government’s commitment to promoting the socio-professional integration of young people through Civic Service.
