Modernization of Public Administration: 22 Vehicles, 15 Motorcycles, 98 Touchscreen Terminals, and IT Equipment Handed Over to Administrative Units

The Minister of State, Minister of Public Service and Administrative Modernization, Anne Désirée Ouloto, announced the delivery of a significant batch of mobility and IT equipment to administrative units in order to strengthen the State’s capacity to meet citizens’ expectations.

The announcement was made during the inauguration ceremony of the Training Center for Civil Servants and State Agents, held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, in Abidjan.

“The modernization of our administration does not stop at the walls. Today, we are officially handing over 22 vehicles, 15 motorcycles, 98 touchscreen terminals, and IT equipment to administrative units, to the OSEP Proximity Focal Cells, and to Public Service Delivery Points,” emphasized the Minister of State.

These initiatives are complemented by major structural projects: the relocation of the National School of Administration (ENA) to Yamoussoukro, the opening of the Public Service House in Korhogo, the establishment of a Citizen-Client Relations Center, as well as the expansion of the Public Service Health Center, now equipped with enhanced technical facilities, a daycare center, and an integrated nursing room dedicated to women and civil servants’ families.

According to the Minister, the Public Service is making steady progress thanks to reforms that have made the administration more rigorous, more transparent, and firmly committed to digitalization.

Looking ahead to 2025–2030, she stated:

“We must continue this momentum: deepening e-governance and cybersecurity, intensifying training on ecological transition and artificial intelligence, and consolidating a culture of results and ethics.”
