Following a successful pilot phase, the Ivorian government will officially launch its citizen call center, “Allo 101,” this Friday, September 12, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., in Abidjan-Cocody (Riviera Bonoumin).

The ceremony will be held under the effective chairmanship of the Prime Minister and Head of Government, Robert Beugré Mambé, and in the presence of the Minister of Communication and Government Spokesperson, Amadou Coulibaly.

Coordinated by the Ministry of Communication and operated by the Government Information and Communication Center (CICG), this initiative is part of the government's broader effort to strengthen proximity communication, in line with the vision of the President of the Republic.
