The SCHIBA Group is taking a major step forward in Côte d’Ivoire’s industrialization journey. Through a landmark financing agreement with leading banking partners — Société Générale Côte d’Ivoire, Afrika Bank Côte d’Ivoire, Banque Atlantique Côte d’Ivoire, and Ecobank Côte d’Ivoire — the Group’s subsidiary Schiba Sacs is set to launch a kraft paper bag and related products manufacturing plant in January 2026.

With a production capacity exceeding 160 million units per year, Schiba Sacs aims to revitalize the local packaging industry, reduce import dependence, and create significant direct and indirect employment opportunities.

This ambitious initiative reinforces Schiba Group’s commitment to industrial sovereignty, sustainable growth, and the economic competitiveness of Côte d’Ivoire.
