State Minister, Minister of Public Service and Administrative Modernization, Anne Désirée Ouloto, has called on trade unions to prioritize dialogue and adhere to the spirit of the social truce.
She made this appeal during an extraordinary meeting held on April 8, 2025, in Abidjan, with members of the G8 who signed the social truce protocol, as well as members of the public service social dialogue committee.
For the minister, it is imperative to restore dialogue. “I ask you to rally your colleagues from the education and training sector and invite them to the discussion table,” she emphasized. She stressed that dialogue must not be broken and called for responsibility and solidarity.
Anne Ouloto reaffirmed the government’s commitment to remain attentive to the strong expectations of all civil servants in favor of national stability and development.
It should be noted that this exceptional meeting focused on a single subject: evaluating the current state of the social truce and the prospects for restoring dialogue as a working tool, despite the current challenges.
