Côte d’Ivoire: Meet the Three Recruits Tasked with Turning Boundiali into a Gold Mine
In Côte d’Ivoire, Aurum Resources is beginning to assemble the team responsible for transforming its Boundiali project into a fully operational gold mine.
The Australia-based company announced on Wednesday, June 17, the appointment of Richard Edginton as General Manager of Mining Operations, Luke Stacey as Project Director, and Ting Xu as Chief Financial Officer.
These appointments come less than a week after the publication of the project’s pre-feasibility study. Aurum must now complete the definitive feasibility study by the end of 2026, take a final investment decision, secure the necessary funding, and proceed with construction.
The company is targeting first gold production in the first half of 2028.
