On the sidelines of SIAM 2026: Ivorian delegation on an immersion and experience-sharing mission in an agropole in Meknès

As part of its participation in the International Agriculture Show in Morocco (SIAM), the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Food Production, Bruno Nabagné Koné, accompanied by the Minister Delegate Bernard Kini Comoé, carried out an immersion visit to an agropole in Meknès.

This visit allowed the Ivorian delegation to discover the technical facilities of an agricultural farm, a state-of-the-art storage warehouse dedicated to optimal crop preservation, as well as an automated irrigation system.

At the end of this immersion, Minister Bruno Nabagné Koné described the experience as highly enriching, highlighting the effective integration of sustainability and competitiveness within the agricultural practices observed. He expressed his ambition to draw inspiration from this model, with a view to adapting and enhancing it within the Ivorian context.
