Power & Electricity Expo 2026 brings energy industry players together in Abidjan
The Power & Electricity Expo 2026 opened in Abidjan on Tuesday, bringing together more than 250 exhibiting brands and delegations from 14 countries to discuss developments and investment opportunities in the energy sector.
Held from September 8 to 10 at the Abidjan Exhibition Centre, the international event is organized by ATLM EXPO SARL and focuses on key areas including renewable energy, electricity storage, smart grids and electric mobility.
The Côte d’Ivoire Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI-CI), a major partner of the event, is participating with a dedicated stand designed to facilitate exchanges between Ivorian companies, international players and investors.
At the opening ceremony, CCI-CI Vice-President Touré Sékou Sanissy, representing President Touré Faman, reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to supporting initiatives that give businesses greater access to technologies, markets and investment opportunities.
The three-day event also features sector-specific panels, conferences and business-to-business meetings aimed at encouraging new partnerships and strengthening cooperation in the energy sector.
The expo comes as energy technologies and infrastructure remain central to efforts to expand access to reliable electricity and support economic development across Africa.
