On April 24, 2025, Côte d’Ivoire officially launched the Flintlock 2025 exercise in Jacqueville, welcoming military leaders and special forces from Africa, Europe, and North America. Co-organized with U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM), this flagship exercise brings together 500 personnel from 38 nations to strengthen cooperation in counterterrorism efforts, crisis response, and regional security.
