Côte d’Ivoire: Orange Corners Graduation Ceremony Empowers 79 Entrepreneurs

On December 17, 2025, the Residence of the Ambassador of the Netherlands in Côte d’Ivoire hosted the certificate ceremony for 79 entrepreneurs from the Orange Corners Côte d’Ivoire cohorts, marking the completion of a program focused on sustainability and national impact.

The event was attended by Mamadou Touré, Minister of Youth Promotion, Professional Integration, and Civic Service, and H.E. Jeroen Kelderhuis, Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, along with representatives from private and technical partners. The ceremony provided an opportunity for all stakeholders to reaffirm their commitment to Ivorian youth.

H.E. Jeroen Kelderhuis, Ambassador of the Netherlands to Côte d’Ivoire, stated:
"The Orange Corners program is a perfect example of a win-win partnership focused on innovation and employability. By investing in horticulture and cocoa, we build resilient value chains and align training with the real needs of the private sector."

Minister Mamadou Touré praised the Netherlands and all program partner companies for their continued commitment. Through this collaboration, they contribute not only to local wealth creation but also to a national priority: reducing unemployment and promoting socio-professional integration of young people in Côte d’Ivoire.

Eric Kacou, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Entrepreneurial Solutions Partners, LLC (ESP), added:
"To fully play their role in a prosperous Africa, our entrepreneurs need the right combination of guidance and funding: what we call Smart Capital.
Orange Corners provides precisely this essential balance."
