On Thursday, August 14, H.E. Mrs. Francesca Di Mauro, the European Union Ambassador to Côte d’Ivoire, at the end of her mission, was honored by H.E. Mr. Léon Kacou Adom, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Integration, and the Diaspora.

The meeting was an opportunity to:

• Reflect on the EU’s commitment and contribution to the economic and social development of Côte d’Ivoire.

• Highlight the strengthening of ties and progress in the partnership between Côte d’Ivoire and the EU.

Elevated to the rank of Commander of the National Order of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, Mrs. Di Mauro expressed her gratitude to the Ivorian authorities for the warm welcome she has received since taking office three years ago. She departs confident that the already close and solid relations between Côte d’Ivoire and the EU will continue to deepen.
