Launched on September 8, 2025, the C2D Culture project aims to transform the Jacques Aka Cultural Center (CCJAB) into a modern, strengthened, and professionalized cultural complex, becoming a hub for innovation and creative production.

Alongside the Ministry of Culture and Francophonie of Côte d’Ivoire, Expertise France will support the structuring of creative industries (music, cinema, fashion/design) and provide assistance to cultural entrepreneurs. More than 500 cultural actors will be trained and supported, including 35% women and 20% youth from Bouaké.

Expertise France will mobilize Ivorian and international partners to strengthen the creative sectors and support cultural entrepreneurship.
