In recognition of the high-quality operational and strategic international cooperation between the U.S. government and the Counterterrorism Intelligence Operations Center (CROAT), under the authority of the Ministry of State, Ministry of Defense, the United States, through the Director of the FBI, has awarded a Certificate of Appreciation and Recognition to General Ousmane Yéo and his entire team.

This honor highlights the professionalism and cross-functional expertise demonstrated by CROAT, both in proactive counterterrorism intelligence and in investigations related to transnational crime—particularly in cases of sextortion—which consistently lead to concrete outcomes, including the arrest of terrorist targets and cybercriminals. These achievements have been made possible through a dynamic and exemplary collaboration with the FBI.
