On the sidelines of the 11th session of the Conference of States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC), the President of the High Authority for Good Governance (HABG), Zoro Bi Ballo Épiphane, on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, signed a cooperation agreement with the Control and Anti-Corruption Authority of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The agreement was signed with Mazin Ibrahim Alkahmous, President of the said Authority. It aims to strengthen bilateral cooperation through the exchange of experiences, the sharing of best practices, and the development of joint actions in the areas of prevention, detection, and the fight against corruption.
This initiative is part of HABG’s ongoing efforts to enhance international cooperation, in line with Côte d’Ivoire’s commitments under the United Nations Convention against Corruption, and reflects the Institution’s determination to promote integrity, transparency, and good governance at the international level.
