Strengthening Youth Leadership and Defense Cooperation: Ambassador Davis Ba Visits EMPT

Ambassador Davis Ba visited the École Militaire Préparatoire Technique (EMPT), Côte d’Ivoire’s premier military academy, to engage with students during activities focused on leadership, teamwork, and career guidance alongside experienced military personnel.
Through strong civil-military cooperation, the United States is proud to support Ivorian efforts to strengthen national defense, promote youth leadership, and foster regional peace. By investing in these young women and men, we are working together to build a safer and more prosperous future for both our nations.
