PDCI-RDA: Jean-Louis Billon No Longer Delegate of Dabakala 1

The Democratic Party of Côte d'Ivoire – African Democratic Rally (PDCI-RDA) has announced a major change in its local structures. By a decision of the party president and following a thorough review, Touré Tiémoko Justin has been appointed Interim Delegate of the Dabakala 1 departmental delegation. He succeeds Jean-Louis Billon, who previously held this position.

This appointment comes in the wake of a significant political development: Jean-Louis Billon, former Minister of Commerce, submitted his presidential candidacy for the 2025 election to the Independent Electoral Commission (CEI) on Thursday, August 21, 2025.

In a statement issued the same day by its communication service, the PDCI-RDA expressed its gratitude to its former delegate. The party praised his dedication and unwavering commitment to the development of the region and the party’s establishment in Dabakala. His tenure was described as a “significant moment in the political life of the region.”

Touré Tiémoko Justin, now leading the delegation, will be tasked with continuing ongoing initiatives, maintaining party unity, and strengthening its local presence ahead of future political events. This appointment reflects the PDCI-RDA’s commitment to reinforcing its grassroots structures to ensure the success of its political and social actions.
