By reaching this symbolic milestone, Kessié joins the very exclusive circle of Ivorian internationals who have earned 100 caps, confirming both his longevity and his importance within the national team.

The president of the FIF, Yacine Idriss Diallo, praised this remarkable achievement, describing it as “a true performance marked by unwavering commitment to Côte d’Ivoire.”
