President Alassane OUATTARA Sends Minister Nialé KABA to Tripartite Summit in Conakry on Border Disputes
Her Excellency Madame Nialé KABA, Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Special Envoy of the President of the Republic, H.E. Alassane OUATTARA, represented Côte d’Ivoire as a witness country at the high-level Tripartite Summit on border disputes between Guinea, Sierra Leone, and Liberia. The summit took place on Monday, March 16, 2026, at the Mohammed V Palace in Conakry.
The summit, chaired by H.E. Mamadi DOUMBOUYA, President of the Republic of Guinea, brought together H.E. Joseph Nyumah BOAKAI, President of Liberia, and H.E. Julius Maada BIO, President of Sierra Leone, in an atmosphere of dialogue and the search for peaceful solutions within the Mano River region.
Minister KABA’s participation, conveying the support of President Alassane OUATTARA and reaffirming Côte d’Ivoire’s commitment to peace, regional stability, and the peaceful resolution of disputes, was particularly appreciated.
The Heads of State reaffirmed their shared commitment to continue discussions aimed at sustainable solutions based on cooperation, dialogue, and regional integration.
