Successful Start to the Caravan's First Day in Yamoussoukro: A Promising Beginning!

The first day of the Caravan in Yamoussoukro has come to a close, marking an excellent and promising start! The delegation, led by H.E. Ambassador Jeroen Kelderhuis, saw a strong Dutch presence under the leadership of Isabelle van Tol, Head of Trade for Development at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The event also included 25 representatives from 11 Dutch and Ivorian companies and organizations.

This day provided an opportunity to strengthen strategic ties and explore new opportunities for collaboration. Highlights included productive meetings with local authorities, including the Deputy Prefect of the Bélier Region and the Deputy Minister Governor of Yamoussoukro.

One of the key moments was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the regional government and Entrepreneurial Solutions Partners, LLC (ESP), aimed at enhancing the impact of Orange Corners in the region.

The day also featured a successful cocktail & matchmaking session, creating a platform for new connections and business opportunities. The evening concluded with a business dinner that brought together the private and public sectors for constructive exchanges.

Participants are eager for the second day, which will focus on concrete projects and business opportunities in the region!
