A Côte d'Ivoire–South Africa Economic Forum officially opened on Monday, April 7 in Abidjan, marking a new chapter in the growing cooperation between the two nations.
Representing Prime Minister Dr. Beugré Mambé, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister’s Office, Koffi Georges Bolamo, called on both countries' private sectors to transform this cooperation into mutually beneficial partnerships.
"It is now up to the private sectors, investors, and entrepreneurs of Côte d’Ivoire and South Africa to take over and turn this ambition into win-win partnerships that will drive progress in both our countries," stated Bolamo.
The forum aims to stimulate trade and investment by encouraging direct engagement between Ivorian and South African businesses, with a strong emphasis on collaboration across key sectors.
